SP Plum Negroni

Our SP Plum Gin works superbly in the classic Negroni, it’s just a different layer to a popular classic cocktail and it works perfectly with fresh plum.

Glass: Rocks
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Plum segment + orange twist oils
Straw: None

Ingredients

• 25ml SP Plum Gin Liqueur

• 25ml Sweet Vermouth
• 
25ml Campari

Method
Taking a rocks glass, add equal parts of Sweet Potato Gin, Sweet Vermouth and Campari served on ice or straight up with some orange oils (take a peel of orange and squeeze to release the oils).
 
If you’re wondering what this thing called a Negroni that everyone’s drinking nowadays, fear not. The Sweet Potato Spirit Company is here to make an introduction. Classically it’s equal parts Gin (in this case, our elegant Plum Gin Liqueur) Sweet Vermouth and Campari served on ice or straight up with some orange oils and a knowing smile. Garnish with an orange twist or a slice of plum.

SP Plum & Roses

Rose Lemonade just compliments our Plum gin so well, its a simple cocktail for a summers day

Glass: Flute
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Grapefruit
Straw: None

Ingredients

• 35ml SP Plum Gin Liqueur

• Top with Fentimans Rose Lemonade
• Squeeze of fresh lime

Method: Add ingredients to a glass and stir.

 

SP Plum Sparkle

Sparkling water lengthens the plum flavour in the most refreshing way. It's simple summer time at its best.

Glass: Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Plum segment +lime
Straw: None

Ingredients

• 25ml SP Plum Gin Liqueur

• Squeeze of fresh lime juice
• 
Topped with sparkling water

Method: Add ice to glass with ingredients and stir until chilled.

 

SP Plum Garden Fizz

Our Plum Gin works really well with fresh lime. Add Proseco and you have something very special.

Glass: Globe
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Plum segment + Lime
Straw: None

Ingredients

• 35ml SP Plum Gin Liqueur

• 10ml Lime Juice

• Topped with Prosecco

Method: Fill a glass with ice and add our SP Gin stir and top with prosecco.

 

SP Plums & Chocolate

This drink is unique and just a flavour sensation. It is perfect for our SP evening cocktails

Glass: Highball
Ice: Cubed
Garnish: Plum slice and frozen chocolate slices
Straw: None

Ingredients

• 35ml SP Plum Gin Liqueur
• 25ml SP Chocolate Moonshine with Chilli
• 5ml 
Lemon juice
• Fentimans Victorian Lemonade

Method: Add ingredients to a highball full of ice and stir until glass is chilled, top glass with ice and add garnish.
