SP Mint Julep
This classic American cocktail which is usually drunk with bourbon, the carmel notes really shine through and it’s perfect for a sunny day by the BBQ.
Glass: Highball / classic metal julep
Ice: Crushed
Garnish: Mint sprigs
Straw: 8”clear
Ingredients:
- 1.5 Sprigs mint
- 50ml SP Moonshine
- 20ml Simple syrup
Method: Add ingredients to a julep cup and shake until chilled on the outside.
Notes: You can make this in multiple batches, double the amount of ice and liquid and multiply depending on how many guests.
SP Manhattan
If you love bourbon or whisky this is the perfect drink for you, a sweet manhattan cocktail that really compliments the peach and apricot notes in our SP Moonshine.
Glass: Coupette

Garnish: Orange Peel

Ingredients:
- 50ml SPS Moonshine
- 25ml Rosso Vermouth
- 5ml Maraschino Cherry Syrup
- 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Method: Add ingredients to a shaker with ice, shake until chilled, strain and serve in a chilled glass.
SP Sweet Chamomile
Our SP Moonshine can be very reminiscent of grappa in style and flavor. Light honey, subtle marzipan and oak spice make this simple cocktail very effective.
For a night in, add some chamomile tea bags to a big bottle of water, and leave in the fridge for a while. Once you are ready, put some sugar syrup, your moonshine and chilled chamomile over some ice cubes, and enjoy. Serve with a squeeze of lemon.

Method: Add ingredients and shake, pour over glass with ice
