SP Pink Prosecco

This simple cocktail is the perfect pre dinner party drink. Top up with prosecco to add a bit of extra fizz to this delicious Sweet Potato Pink Gin and Raspberry cocktail.

Ingredients

Glass: Champagne
Ice: None
Garnish: Raspberries
Straw: None

• 35ml Pink Marshmallow Moonshine
• Prosecco
• Fresh Raspberries

Method: Take 35ml of Sweet Potato Pink Marshmallow Moonshine and pour into a Champagne Tulip, topped with Prosecco and a garnish of fresh raspberries.

Additional Ideas: Raspberry Gin Prosecco
Using 35ml of Sweet Potato Raspberry Gin Liqueur, add 60ml of Prosecco together in a Coupette or Flute glass. Simple and delicious with just two ingredients.
