SP Espresso Martini
Our modern take on the classic Espresso Martini is a creamy and zesty delight that combines several of our spirits for the perfect weekend cocktail.
Combine 20ml of Chocolate Chilli moonshine, 20ml Toffee Apple Moonshine, 20ml Coffee Liqueur and a double espresso into a cocktail shaker with a handful of cubed ice. Shake until ice cold to the touch and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans, cocoa powder or chocolate shavings. For an alternative spiced Espresso Martini you can substitute the Chocolate with Chilli and the Toffee Apple moonshine for 40ml of Spiced Rum.
SP Marshmallow Moonshake
This full of fun Moonshake is the SP take on an Alcoholic Milkshake. Combining our popular Marshmallow Moonshine Liqueur with Ice Cream and Milk for a creamy glass of deliciousness.
Add 50ml of Pink Marshmallow Moonshine, 2 scoops of praline and cream ice cream (or your favourite vegan alternative) and 100ml of Milk of your choice into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a Globe glass filled with ice and Garnish with a strawberry or mini marshmallows. You can substitute the Marshmallow moonshine for Toffee Apple or Chocolate & Chilli Moonshine.
SP Spiced Mojito
A unique twist on a classic Cuban cocktail, the SP Spiced Mojito is a refreshing blend of mint, lime, and soda, made even more special with the addition of Sweet Potato Spiced Rum and fresh red chilli. This crisp and lively drink is best enjoyed in the afternoon sun for a blend of warmth inside and out.
Muddle half a fresh lime cut into cubes in a highball glass. Smack a handful of fresh mint and add to the glass with 15ml of sugar syrup. Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour over 50ml of Spiced Rum. Top up to taste with Ginger beer or lemonade. Garnish with sliced red chillies for an added kick or a wedge of fresh lime for some added freshness.
SP Nightingale
If you are planning on celebrating World Cocktail Day with a garden party, then serve this refreshing cocktail to your guests in highball glasses or mix up a pitcher for plenty to go around.
To create this perfect summer garden serve, combine 50ml of our SP Toffee Apple Moonshine with 85ml of fresh pomegranate juice, 85ml of pressed apple juice, and 10ml of elderflower cordial. Serve in a globe glass with cubed ice and garnish with a wedge of fresh lime.
SP Manhattan
If you love bourbon or whisky, then our take on the classic Manhattan cocktail is an elegant and refined drink to enjoy as the sun sets on World Cocktail Day. If you are interested in exploring the potential of moonshine cocktails, or are already familiar with this well-loved spirit, our Manhattan cocktail is an excellent introduction to the versatility of our moonshine range.
Combine 50ml of SP Moonshine with 25ml of Rosso Vermouth and 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters for a sweet base that brings out the peach and apricot notes in our SP Moonshine. Pour the ingredients into a shaker with ice and add 5ml of Maraschino Cherry Syrup to finish. Shake until chilled, strain, and serve in a chilled coupette with no ice and a garnish of orange peel.
